MIL engages in EOIR-based appellate work before the Board of Immigration Appeals and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. We seek to complement your practice by enabling your firm to seamlessly provide appellate immigration services on either a contract basis or by limited representation referral, depending on your preference.

We understand that a busy immigration practice commands much of your time and attention between client communication, legal preparation and courtroom litigation. Such skill sets  are not necessarily compatible with in-depth record review, legal research and complex drafting required for appellate work.
